NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 02, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-003751 DIV. N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA A. SANCHEZ A/K/A VIRGINIA SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, OF WEST MANOR HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, ON PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
