NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 10th day of April A.D., 2001 in the cause wherein First Select, Inc., (As assigned to Dodge Enterprises) was plaintiff(s), and Janie E. Pollard, an individual, was defendant(s), being Case No. 01-000768-SC-SPC in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Janie E Pollard aka Janie Elizabeth Mayo etc., in and to the following described property to wit:
