BUILDING 3, UNIT L, OF THE LEMON TREE-SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2685, PAGE 1427 AND IN O.R. BOOK 2836, PAGE 748 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 2502 LEMONTREE LN UNIT 3-L, ORLANDO, FL 32839.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
