NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-013453-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and SHODHAN HARRICHARREN A/K/A SHODHAN HARRICHARRAN; RETNI HARRICHARREN A/K/A RETNI HARRICHARRAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; REGAL POINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; E Z FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS, LLC; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, REGAL POINTE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 133 AND 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
