CY18-HOA 59296 Notice of Default and Intent to Foreclosure, regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by Obligor(s) at Cypress Harbour Condominium, located in Orange County, Florida, as described pursuant Declaration recorded at Book 4263 at Page 0404, of said county, as amended. Cypress Harbour Condominium did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; is presently in default of obligation to pay; and Trustee is conducting a non-judicial foreclosure pursuant to Florida Statute 721.855.
