DAMIAN PIZZURRO and CARLY PIZZURRO, Husband and Wife, if living and if dead; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY,THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS; THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated the 15th day of December, 2016 and entered in case No. 2014-000767-CC, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein RIVERCLUB OF PORT CHARLOTTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DAMIAN PIZZURRO and CARLY PIZZURRO are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of February, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 66, RIVER CLUB, according the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 25A-25L, inclusive, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
