NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12CA000977, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 LEGAL TITLE TRUST, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and KURTIS D. BRADLEY; LAUREN BRADLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; PNC BANK, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; are defendants. ROGER D. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
