NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006741, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and EDGAR WARREN FORRESTER III; LANEAN FORRESTER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC., are defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of FEBRUARY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, OF BRADEN RIVER CITY UNIT NO. I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
