Celaya a/k/a Sharon Stafford, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Juana Alvarez, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Juan Esquevez, Unknown Party #3 n/k/a Gregoria Zarza, Unknown Party #4 n/k/a Ramone Zabala, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 21 AND THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 22, CAROLINA-TENNESSEE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE 156, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
