NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 10th day of February, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Lot 9, Block A, CITRUS MEADOWS SUNDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 152, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
