NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2016 and entered in Case No. 120798CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-6, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-6, is Plaintiff and Bengt A. Myrin; Noreen E. Myrin, are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 16 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, RUSTLING PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Street Address: 5049 Mahogany Ridge Drive, Naples, FL 34119
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
