NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000214-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of NRZ Pass-Through Trust VI, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN JEAN-LOUIS; GISLAINE D JEAN-LOUIS A/K/A GESLAINE JEAN-LOUIS; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A IVONNE JEAN-LOUIS are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL, 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 43, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE (S) 76.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
