NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2017, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 16th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. C7-101, NEWCASTLE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1489, Pages 528 through 592, of the Pubic Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the Common Elements a/k/a 733 Landover Court, #101-C7, Naples, Florida 34104.
