NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above captioned case, that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
The East 900 feet of the North 484 feet of the South 559 feet of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with an easement for ingress, egress and utilities over and across the East 30 feet of the South 75 feet of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 36 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
ALSO:
Together with a thirty (30) foot wide easement for ingress and egress as recorded in O.R. Book 1025, Pages 709 through 712, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter, on February 15, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
