NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-referenced case on January 19, 2017, that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Lot 20, Block E, PLAT OF AVION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 112, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasotarealforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on February 24, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
