Final Judgment was awarded on October 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 001190 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and PRISCILLA T. ANDERSON; CITY OF SARASOTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PRISCILLA T. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT E. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TIM MORRISON; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A BRITTNEY MORRISON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING LOT 8, OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF KENIL WORTH, AND BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
