NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 001190 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and PRISCILLA T. ANDERSON; CITY OF SARASOTA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PRISCILLA T. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT E. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TIM MORRISON; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A BRITTNEY MORRISON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

TO TOWN OF SARASOTA, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 194, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID BLOCK 47, A DISTANCE OF 161.4 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEG. 54' WEST AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF BLOCK 47, A DISTANCE OF 238 FEET FOR A P.O.B., THENCE SOUTH 89 DEG. 54' WEST, 77 FEET; THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL TO EAST LINE OF SAID BLOCK 47, A DISTANCE OF 142 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 54' EAST, 77 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 142 FEET TO A P.O.B. THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING LOT 8, OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF KENIL WORTH, AND BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.

LOT 8, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 304, PAGE 20, UNRECORDED PLAT OF KENIL WORTH, SARASOTA COUNTY RECORDS, SARASOTA, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL CONTENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
