NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 22nd day of February, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
PARCEL 1: The Southerly 5.0 feet of Lot 9, ENCHANTED ISLAND, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 31, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. PARCEL II: That part of Lots 18, 19, 20, and 21, of Block G, Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 of Block F, and Vacated Palm Circle of ENCHANTED ISLES, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 158 and 159, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the S.W. corner of Lot 9 of Enchanted Island Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 31, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence N 86 deg. 05' 10” E along the South line of said Lot 9 230.44 feet to a point on the right-of-way line of Palm Circle Road (private road); thence along the right-of-way line of Palm Circle Road along the arc of a curve deflecting to the left an arc distance of 131.83 feet the chord of which bears S 63 deg. 53' 34” E a distance of 79.76 feet, said curve having a radius of 40 feet; thence S 3 deg. 31' 00” E along the waters of a canal 71.46 feet; thence S 86 deg. 05' 00” W 60 feet; thence S 50 deg. 52' 40” 125.51 feet; thence N 66 deg. 29' 20” W 122.61 feet more or less to the waters of Donna Bay; thence Northerly 132 feet more or less along the waters of said Donna Bay to the Point of Beginning, in Sarasota County, Florida. AND The submerged portions of Lot 19 and 20 and that part of Lot 18 lying in the North of a line drawn from the southwest corner of the above described property parallel to the North line of said Lot 18 of Enchanted Isles Block G as recorded in Plat Book 1 Pages 158 and 159, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
