NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 19, 2017 in Civil Case No. 58-2016-CA-001265-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 LEGAL TITLE TRUST, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and JOEL N. BAUER A/K/A JOEL BAUER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24TH day of February, 2017 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1934, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 42, 42A THROUGH 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
