NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 000320 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LIVE WELL FINANCIAL, INC. . is the Plaintiff and Vaciliki Bertos; Christ Bertos; The United States of America on behalf of The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1981, FORTY-SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
