NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 10, 2017, entered in Case No. 09-CA-030529 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and Hillsborough County; Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court; Michael M Moore; State of Florida are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOT 18, IN BLOCK 3 OF BEARSS HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 18 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; GO SOUTH 89 DEGREES 27 MINUTES 42 SECONDS WEST TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 18, RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 18, A DISTANCE OF 35.5 FEET, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 135 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD NO. 93 TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 18, RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOT 18, IN BLOCK 3 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
