NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2016, and entered in 14-CA-001160 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND BHAIRO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND BHAIRO N/K/A YOULA BHAIRO; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
