ARANDA JR.; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are Defendants.
