NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2017 entered in Case No. 10-CA-057886 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and Charles A. Burnett; Eladia D. Smith-Burnett A/K/A Eladia D. Smith; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Household Finance Corporation III; John Doe and Jane Doe the names being fictitious to account for parties in possessionare the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the Feb. 17, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK D, UNIT 2 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS PINE ISLAND CENTER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 120, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
