NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-CA-054183 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of OWS REMIC Trust 2015-1 is the Plaintiff and Silvia B. Izquierdo; Premier American Bank, National Association, as Successor in Interest to Florida Community Bank; Whether dissolved or presently existing, together with any grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under, or against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Ed Rodriguez and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Sonia Benitez are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 68, UNIT 7, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
