Final Judgment was awarded on January 19, 2017 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002212, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and DEEDRA LANIER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEEDRA LANIER N/K/A JAMES ROSA; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; CITY OF FORT MYERS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on February 17, 2017 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 31, BLOCK 3, RIDGEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
