NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050759 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Michele L. Wild, Deceased; Douglas Maclennan Wild a/k/a Doug Wild a/k/a Douglas M. Wild; Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on February 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34 AND 35 BLOCK 249 UNIT 9, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7 THROUGH 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
