NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and to Disburse from Registry dated January 10, 2017 in Case No. 16-CA-002605 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein STONEYBROOK, A GOLF COURSE COMMUNITY OF FORT MYERS, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and NICOLAS LAPAGLIA, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on February 10, 2017. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK GG, STONEYBROOK UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 5-15, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 21549 WINDHAM RUN, ESTERO, FLORIDA 33928.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
