JOHNNY STOKES; THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT; THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named defendant(s), who are not known to be dead or alive whether said
unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered January 6, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 16-001695-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and JOHNNY STOKES, THE CLERK OF THE COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT and THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 8, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 13, Block 33, St. Petersburg Investment Co. Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
