NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9, 2016 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated January 11, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 16-003308-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and M-TAMPA CORPORATION, is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 21, 2017 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The South 90 feet of Lot 1, Block 8, Child's Park, LESS the South 6 feet 8 inches thereof for street, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 93, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida of which Pinellas County was formerly a part of.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
