J Richard Rahter, 6670 1st Ave S, St Petersburg, Fl, 33707, as Trustee, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 757 Arlington Avenue North, St Petersburg, FL, 33731, on March 10, 2017, at 1:00 pm, the following described property as set forth in said Trustee's Notice of Default:
That Certain Condominium parcel composed of the Unit No 104, Week(s) 23, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of GRAND SHORES WEST, a Condominium, and exhibits attached, thereto, all as recorded in O.R.
