MCKEOWN; TIFFANY MCKEOWN; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOMEEQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-C are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on
February 23, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
