NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-000666 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-M4 Legal Title Trust, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee, Plaintiff and WEST SHORE VILLAGE MASTER CORPORATION, INC. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 14, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 3275-E, WEST SHORE VILLAGE FIVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 104 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 23 THROUGH 37, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4643, PAGE 262 ET. SEQ., AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5066, PAGE 966, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
