NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2017, entered in Case No. 13-000863-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Carmel Ellis a/k/a Carmel L. Ellis; Regions Bank; Farrell Park/Brookhaven Community Association, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession; Two Farrell Park Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2203 OF FARRELL PARK CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 8185, PAGE 647 AMENDED IN OR BOOK 8284, PAGES 972 THROUGH 979 AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 72 THROUGH 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
