NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16 June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009737-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wilmington Trust Company, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, N.A., as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-14, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank, Federal Savings Bank, Errol Estate Property Owner' Association, Inc., Magnolia Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc., Maxine Webb aka Willie Maxine Webb, United States of America, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 1st of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
