Montenegro, Homeowners Association of Eagle Creek, Inc., Margarita Montenegro, Unknown Party #1 NKA Kristy Montenegro, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 1st day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
