YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, SKYWAY VILLAGE ESTATES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has filed an action against you seeking to foreclose a Claim of Lien, to terminate a proprietary leasehold interest and evict you from the following property in MANATEE County, Florida:
Unit #82, Skyway Village Estates, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1396, Pages 1845 thru 1908, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
and on or before 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Jonathan P. Whitney, Esq., LUTZ, BOBO, TELFAIR, DUNHAM & GABEL, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Two North Tamiami Trail, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
