NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 6, 2017 entered in Civil Case Number 41 2016CA002930AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XVIII TRUST is Plaintiff and SHAWN T. MASON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN T. MASON; KRISTY MASON N/K/A KRISTY JANELLE ARCHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTY JANELLE ARCHER; OAKWOOD VILLAS CONDOMINIUM OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKELAND REGIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, AND UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., electronically online at the following website: http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the In Rem Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
