YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in PASCO County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 206, Building AA, GULF HARBORS CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 2, according to the Condominium Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 161 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with a equal interest in the common elements as described in Paragraph 5 and 6 of the Declaration of Condominium of Gulf Harbors Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 463, Page 531 through 559, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and amendments thereto as are recorded in the Official Records of Pasco County, Florida.

You are required to file written defenses with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication on or before 8/7/17 of this notice on Plaintiff s attorney, Anne M. Malley, P.A. , 36739 State Road 52 , Suite 213, Dade City, Florida 33525, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
