NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 15, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 004317 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Karen Pinkston A/K/A Karen Pinkston-Ewing ; The Unknown Spouse of Karen Pinkston A/K/A Karen Pinkston-Ewing; The Unknown Heirs,Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, Or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through,Under, Or Against Fairlee Pinkston A/K/A Fairlee Dunson Pinkston A/K/A Fairlee D. Pinkston, Deceased; Karen Pinkston A/K/A Karen Pinkston-Ewing, As an Heir of the Estate of Fairlee Pinkston A/K/A Fairlee Dunson Pinkston A/K/A Fairlee D. Pinkston, Deceased; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 156 FEET OF LOT 13, LESS THE SOUTH 42 FEET THEREOF RESERVED FOR STREET PURPOSES, SUBDIVISION OF LOT 9, BLOCK N, PLAT OF SARASOTA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
