NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 1, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051015, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and JOSE LEMUS; LIDIA ESPERANZA SILVESTRE AKA LIDIA SILVESTRE; MEADOWS EDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA MIRROR LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 28, 2017 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 230, UNIT 61, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEIDGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
