NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 15, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2014-CA-051328 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 27 day of July, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the South Half of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 43 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida. Being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said fraction of a Section; thence run South 89 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East, along the North line of said fraction for 25.00 feet to the East right-of-way line of North Olga Drive and the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel;
From said Point of Beginning continue running South 89 degrees 32 minutes 40 seconds East for 628.64 feet; thence run South 13 degrees 55 minutes 15 seconds West for 315.94 feet to the North right-of-way line of Terrell Drive 25.00 feet from the South line of said aforementioned fraction of a Section; thence run North 89 degrees 32 minutes 45 seconds West along said right-of-way line for 555.81 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds East along the East right-of-way line for 307.27 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
