Bank National Association, As Trustee For Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates Series 2006-ar3, is the Plaintiff and Lynda S. Crane, Sue Murphy, The Grand At Olde Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
