NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2017, and entered in 15-007322-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff and ALEC S. WALLACE AKA ALEC S. WALLACE, JR AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1956 CAROLINA AVE NE REVOCABLE LAND TRUST DATED MAY 21, 2015; KAREN J WALLACE; ALEC S. WALLACE AKA ALEC S. WALLACE, JR; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 1956 CAROLINA AVE NE REVOCABLE LAND TRUST DATED MAY 21, 2015; VENETIAN ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
