NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 14, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010076-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WWF1, is Plaintiff, and KEVIN L. MUELLER A/K/A KEVIN L. MUELLER, SR A/K/A KEVIN MUELLER, SR, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEING Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 25, PARK RIDGE, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book O, page 100 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
