NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LOREATHA M. DAVIS A/K/A LOREATHA MAXINE DAVIS-SMITH, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; APPLIED BANK F/K/A APPLIED CARD BANK F/K/A CROSS COUNTRY BANK; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK; CACH, LLC; KAREN MEDLOCK A/K/A KAREN DAVIS JACOBS A/K/A KAREN V. MEDLOCK are the Defendant(s).
