NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs dated July 6, 2017, and entered in Case Number: 2015-CA-008319-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ANDOVER CAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and DAVID MOLINA, is the Defendant, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 14th day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees, to-wit

Property Description:
Lot 7, ANDOVER CAY, PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 52, of the Public Records of ORANGE County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
