NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that certain Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed July 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CC-3765 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein STEAMBOAT BEND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DENNIS R. YOUNG and LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on 7 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit SB5-1-401, Steamboat Bend Condominium, of The Landings, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1388, page 1990, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
