UNIT 103, BUILDING 11, PHASE 2, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL BOOK 2055, PAGE 1613, AND ANY AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
