NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000801 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2007-S1, Plaintiff and George W. Lotwick a/k/a George Lotwick and Chong Sun Lotwick are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 25, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 331, WHITNEY BEACH, III, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 61, AND AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 501, PAGES 219 THROUGH 274, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
