NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 005621 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST, III, is Substituted Plaintiff and GEORGIA A. DOLYAK; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 26, 2017 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
